Roger James Lee

Founder and Director at Tower Equine, Roger has worked extensively in equine practice both in the UK and abroad. A holder of the RCVS’s Certificate in Equine Stud Medicine, he runs the practice’s BEVA approved AI Centre and is experienced in all areas of competition and racehorse work including lameness and poor performance medicine and pre purchase examinations.
Holly Grantham
BVetMed CertAVP (Equine Medicine) MRCVS
Holly joined us in early 2012, having graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2007 and became a Director of the practice in October 2018.
Alice Taylor
BVSc MRCVS
Alice joined Tower Equine in 2022 having graduated from the University of Bristol vet school.
Oliver Chaffey
BVSc MRCVS
Oliver joined Tower Equine on graduation from the University of Liverpool in 2023.
Rachel Gibbs
BVMedSci BVMBVS PgCERT (VetMed) MRCVS
Rachel graduated from the University of Nottingham Vet School in July 2022 after which time she completed a 12 month internship at Oakham Veterinary Hospital, assessing referral cases and emergencies and gaining her postgraduate qualification in inpatient care and anaethesia.
Clare Feakes
RVN/Pharmacy
Clare qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2012 and has spent the last 14 years working in small animal practice before joining the team at Tower Equine in 2022.
Alex Lee
Director/Office Manager
Alex manages the practice at Tower Equine and assists the stud vets in providing breeding information and advice.
Claire Daly
Accounts Manager
Claire is a longstanding member of the team and has much experience in equine veterinary administration.
Clair Shepherd
Office Team
Clair joined us in 2011 from HSBC Bank, takes calls and bookings and assists with practice accounts queries, insurance claims and work experience requests.
Gerri Broadley
Office Team
Gerri joined Tower Equine in 2017 with a forces background in admin secretarial work. Gerri deals with all client queries and bookings.
Sue Hetherington
Office Team/Laboratory
Sue joined the practice in early 2015 and is responsible for organising our worm egg count testing service aswell as helping out in the clinic and office.

Biba joined Tower Equine in 2019 as part of our expanding office team. Her friendly, welcoming approach has established her as a popular member of our team.
